No Problems - have heard occasionally maybe what sounds like a crossed line on mainland calls but nothing on an on going basis. Very Happy with the service. Very happy with the coverage in Western Australia, I no longer have reception problems at home which I had with my previous provider, but sadly like all other providers not very good coverage in rural areas. So far so good Only been a customer for a few pennytrl but have no complaints with the service Excellent value for the price Light data and call user so my plan for this phone suits my needs. Very happy with my phone plan and price! You can cancel, downgrade or upgrade from one month to the next. I would, and have, recommended Pennytel to anyone. Data is minimal, as I use my phone mainly for phone calls and sms's.

Pennytel is a Telstra retailer and uses all of Telstra's wholesale product range but I cannot say for sure that it allows use of Telstra Air wifi.
